Job summary

La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center is hiring a Behavior Management Specialist to work with teens in Tempe or Glendale. You will provide direct support to adolescents and families in homes, schools, and community settings, focusing on behavior management and collaboration with the Child and Family Team process.

Some evenings may be required. The role requires a high school diploma, AZDHS/BHS BHT level preferred, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with at‑risk adolescents preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• With a focus on behavior management, provide direct support to teens in homes, schools, and the community.
• Assist in facilitating groups and activities to promote independent living skills.
• Transport youth to events and ensure safety and compliance with records and deadlines.
