Job summary

EMPACT-SPC is seeking a Teen Resiliency Program (TRP) Behavior Management Specialist for TEMPE or GLENDALE locations. The role focuses on direct support to adolescents and families with a strong emphasis on behavior management, in homes, schools, and community settings.

This position requires a high school diploma, AZ BHT preferred, and at least one year of related experience. Bilingual Spanish is a differentiator; valid AZ license and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• BHT level per AZDHS/BHS preferred.
• Experience with at‑risk adolescents preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a relevant setting.
• Fingerprint clearance or eligibility required.
• AZ driver's license with clean record.
• Regular access to reliable transportation.
• Bi‑lingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with emphasis on behavior management to adolescents and families.
• Facilitate groups and support independent living skills in the community.
• Transport youth to events and activities as needed.
• Collaborate with teams within the Child and Family Team process.
