EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera Arizona, seeks a Behavior Management Specialist to provide direct support focusing on behavior management for adolescents and families in homes, schools, and the community in Apache Junction, AZ. The role requires strong collaboration with teams and flexible hours, including some evenings.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED, possible AZDHS/BHS BHT level, and experience with at-risk youth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• BHT level as stipulated by AZDHS/BHS is preferred.
• Experience working with at-risk adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with behavior management to adolescents and families in homes, schools, and/or in the community.
• Facilitate meetings and groups with community members, families and teens; coordinate with multi-system teams.
• Adhere to deadlines, records compliance, and performance requirements; possible evening hours.
