Siemens Industry Software Inc. in the USA is seeking an experienced Presales Solution Consultant to support customer engagements across the Americas, with primary focus on the U.S. market.

You will lead pre-sales activities, demonstrate the value of the Siemens DI SW portfolio, and collaborate with AO/TAM to land new business. You will mentor junior PSCs, gather customer requirements, and deliver tailored demonstrations.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with discrete event simulation software to model, simulate, analyze and optimize production systems.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented simulation modeling and inheritance for scalable models.
• Experience integrating simulation within the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio (Teamcenter, NX, Heeds, etc.).
• Knowledge of Virtual Commissioning concepts and interfaces (PLCSIM Advanced, OPC UA, MQTT, sockets).
• Presales or delivery services/consulting experience in manufacturing domains.
• Ability to deliver structured, value-based presentations to executives and leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work primarily in the USA.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Lead sales pursuit milestones for medium to large engagements with AO and TAM.
• Assess prospect businesses and provide strategic recommendations.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Siemens software value in Tecnomatix domain.
• Develop technology proposals and lead Proof-of-Concept activities.
• Bridge customer needs with product development and marketing.
• Facilitate transition from PreSales to Delivery Services.
• Gather and analyze customer business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to PreSales standard improvements and best practices.
• Mentor PSCs in demonstrations and storyboard development.
• Act as SME and mentor for country/vertical teams.
