TeamLogic IT of Tarpon Springs is seeking a motivated MSP Level 1 Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role supports small and medium businesses in the Tarpon Springs area, with a focus on delivering exceptional IT service.

The ideal candidate has practical troubleshooting experience, familiarity with PowerShell, strong communication skills, and a desire to continuously develop technical abilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in an MSP or help desk.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and common business apps.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and user management.
• Fundamentals of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• PowerShell experience for scripts and automation.
• Valid driver's license for onsite client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline remote and occasional onsite IT support to clients.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document steps, resolutions, and communicate with customers clearly.
• Manage tickets and meet service level expectations.
• Assist with device provisioning, deployment, and security practices.
