Job summary

TeamLogic IT of Tarpon Springs is seeking a motivated MSP Level 1 Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role provides remote and occasional onsite support to SMBs in the Tarpon Springs area, focusing on IT troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft 365 administration.

You will deliver excellent customer service, document resolutions, and work with a collaborative MSP team within a North American network.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in professional IT support or MSP environment.
• Windows 10/11 and common business apps troubleshooting.
• PowerShell familiarity including basic scripting.
• Microsoft 365 administration and user management.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity.
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation judgment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for onsite support.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and occasional onsite support to business clients.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer/scanner, VPN, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate with detailed technical information when needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service and maintain clear communication.
