Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute deployment scripts and procedures.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams.
• Support outage restoration actions per SLAs and procedures.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audits.
• Apply troubleshooting to mitigate outages and document findings.
• Update SOPs and technical training guides as needed.
• Assist in secure work area operations and hardware support.
