Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a TechOps/Cloud Support Administrator to support a critical Security Operations Center in Redmond, WA or Reston, VA. The role focuses on end-to-end operation support for Azure core and Office365 platforms in a 24x7 environment.

The position requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, a bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience, and experience with O365, Active Directory, and cloud environments. Shifts include day, swing, and evenings in Redmond/Reston.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Experience with Microsoft O365, Windows Active Directory, and software functions.
• Experience administering servers and applications in cloud environments.
• Programming/scripting: Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Experience using Remedy or ServiceNow for ticketing.
• Open to shift work due to 24x7 support requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute deployment scripts and procedures as documented.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams.
• Support outage restoration actions per SLAs and procedures.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audits and root-cause analyses.
• Apply troubleshooting and debugging to mitigate outages.
• Update SOPs and technical training guides as needed.
• Manage secure work area operations and assist in hardware deployments.
