Job summary

Latham & Watkins, a leading global law firm, seeks a Senior Technology Trainer in Washington DC to deliver high-level tech training to lawyers and staff across applications and systems, via in-person, virtual, or eLearning formats.

Responsibilities include training needs analysis, program development, and delivery while safeguarding confidential information. A minimum of five years’ software training and related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years of related training experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• At least five years of software training experience.
• Three years of PC helpdesk or applications support experience.
• Experience in legal, professional services, or financial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with attorneys and staff to design effective technology classes.
• Develop innovative programs to improve individual and team performance.
• Deliver training in classroom, one-on-one, or remote formats.
• Maintain knowledge of workflows, applications, and practices of lawyers.
• Protect confidential information and ensure security during training delivery.
