Job summary

UB Greensfelder LLP has an immediate opening for a Technology Trainer in the St. Louis office. The role focuses on developing and delivering training for Firm applications and systems, creating practical learning content, and leading new-hire technology onboarding.

The trainer will provide ongoing guidance to attorneys and staff, promote best practices, and participate in on-call support and technology rollouts. A background in IT training and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in teaching/training/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in help desk or technical training environments.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual training for firm applications and systems.
• Create clear learning materials and user guides for attorneys and staff.
• Lead new-hire technology orientation and ongoing training.
• Promote usage of firm technology and communicate updates and resources.
• Provide help desk assistance and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in on-call support for weekends and holidays.
• Support technology rollouts and change-management initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of applications and devices, track participation, and gather feedback.
