Job summary

Axinn, a premier law firm, seeks a proactive Firmwide Technology Trainer to advance technology adoption, user productivity, and continuous learning across the Firm. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training for attorneys, paralegals, and staff, collaborating with IT, HR, and leadership to support onboarding and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communications, IT, or related field.
• Three or more years designing and delivering technology training.
• Experience developing instructional materials and learning content for adults.
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training programs.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced technology training programs.
• Facilitate New Hire Technology Orientation and onboarding for applicable staff.
• Create structured learning paths supporting onboarding and skill development.
• Deliver training sessions across varying experience levels and needs.
• Maintain training materials: guides, job aids, videos, and eLearning modules.
• Administer LMS, manage users, assignments, and reporting.
• Analyze training effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on training for technology implementations and changes.
