Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking a Technology Learning Specialist to design and deliver training on desktop applications and own the firm’s learning programs across offices. The role includes creating e-learning content and maintaining LMS materials.

The position supports a hybrid work model, with training delivered in-person or remotely, and opportunities to collaborate with multiple offices including Chicago, New York, and Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training on desktop applications.
• Strong writing and documentation skills. MOS certification preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning content creation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire training on firm core applications.
• Develop training courses and supporting materials.
• Create in-house e-learning content and videos (Camtasia).
• Maintain LMS content and training calendar; coordinate office trainings.
• Collaborate with Help Desk and IT staff to update reference materials.
