Job summary

This remote role emphasizes instructional design theory, collaboration with subject matter experts, and tailoring content for diverse learners; occasional travel to corporate sites may be required to support trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in training and development, communications, adult learning, or related degree.
• 3–5 years' experience designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training materials.
• Experience developing e-learning modules and working with an LMS.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex implementations and translate technical docs into end-user training.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide solutions for training-focused issues.
