Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Technical Learning & Workforce Development Lead to support our Huntsville, AL location. This hybrid role requires engagement with engineers and SMEs to drive technical training programs and address workforce capability gaps.

Successful candidates will possess a strong background in instructional design and facilitation, able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering training, aligning learning to business objectives, and coordinating change enablement.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, technical training, or workforce development.
• Ability to lead complex learning projects end-to-end.
• Experience administering an LMS and using learning analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical learning liaison with engineers and SMEs.
• Align learning to business priorities; monitor customer priorities and trends.
• Source and stand up technical training and certifications.
