Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating training programs (virtual and in-person).
• 3+ years designing and deploying training and development, with 2+ years as a Technology Trainer.
• Experience with LMS/LCMS, course development tools, and video editing software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support development of training programs on MAI technologies (Dashlane, MS CoPilot, Windows 11, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce, Docusign, Adobe, Smartsheet, Zoom, etc.).
• Lead virtual and in-person workshops, eLearning courses, and hands-on sessions; own delivery and learner experience.
• Create high-quality training materials using diverse tools and methods.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business units to align training with objectives and tailor programs.
• Partner with SMEs for content accuracy; leverage the LMS to track progress and report outcomes.
• Stay current with MAI technologies and training technologies (AI content creation, virtual classrooms, gamification, mobile learning).
