Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is seeking a Technology Trainer to support our offices. The role delivers training on the Firm’s technology to attorneys and staff, develops materials, and supports software rollouts.

The position requires strong presentation and writing skills, plus experience in a professional services environment. The Technology Trainer travels to Taft office locations for on-site sessions, utilizes eLearning tools, and collaborates with the Training Manager and IT to identify

Qualifications

Technical knowledge in computer science or curriculum development, usually via an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a computer/tech field or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of software trainer experience, preferably in a law firm.
Advanced MS Office experience required.
Knowledge of legal software strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains thorough working knowledge of the Firm’s core software applications and computer systems.
Prepares outlines, handouts, and presentations related to Firm software using Taft branded media.
Delivers training via phone, web conferencing and in-person with professional delivery techniques.
