Job summary

Alston & Bird LLP in Los Angeles seeks a Technology Training Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences that boost productivity and client service. You will drive training across firm applications, including AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new technologies.

The role covers instructor-led and digital content creation, LMS administration, and supporting enterprise-wide tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training experience required, preferably within a law firm.
• Ability to create and update technical instructions in approved formats.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with LMS administration and eLearning content creation.

Responsibilities

• Train and orientate employees on firm policies and systems.
• Provide ongoing training on computer systems and job-specific needs.
• Lead instructor-led and virtual training using Teams/Zoom.
• Develop eLearning videos and quick reference guides.
• Assist with software rollouts, needs assessment, and testing.
• Travel to other offices as needed.
• Serve as liaison between IS and admin departments to identify training needs.
