Job summary

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP is seeking a Technology Trainer with 1–3 years of experience to support our Chicago offices. The role involves planning, preparing, and delivering technology training to attorneys and staff, both in-person and virtually.

You will develop instructional materials, leverage eLearning tools, and work with the Training Manager to rollout new software initiatives. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interpersonal and public speaking abilities for training.
• Strong writing skills for instructional materials and handouts.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage training projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of core software and systems.
• Prepares outlines, handouts, and presentations for firm software.
• Delivers training via phone, web conference, and in-person sessions.
• Assists Training Manager with planning and rollout of new software.
• Identifies process improvements through effective use of firm systems.
• Supports IT/help desk on complex software inquiries.
• Travels to Taft office locations for on-site training.
