Cabarrus County School District Technology in Concord, North Carolina is seeking a Technology Technician III to perform intermediate hardware break-fix, software installations, and end-user support. The role leads a team of Technicians (level II) and field project leads across various projects.
Qualifications include a related degree and at least two years of experience, with preferred experience in Cabarrus County Schools’ Technology department.
Starting Date: Immediately
Performs intermediate technical work for break/fix of technology hardware, installation of software, desk side support and related work as apparent or assigned. Additionally, this position will act as team lead of multiple Technicians (level II) and field project leads as needed for various projects.
Graduation from a four- or two-year college or technical school with a degree in a related field and at least two years experience. One year experience with Cabarrus County Schools’ Technology department (preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience and peripheral troubleshooting along with one or more of the following certifications: A+, Net+, Security+, Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), etc.
