Responsibilities: 1. Provide IT HelpDesk (technology) support to all four school and administration buildings, teachers, staff, students, and administrators throughout the district 2. Prioritize and manage IT HelpDesk trouble tickets to resolution 3. Consistently troubleshoot technology issues, including, but not limited to; PC repair, password resets, connectivity to network, printing, peripherals, mouse and keyboard, LCD projectors, presentation set-ups, etc. 4. Perform hardware, software, and firmware updates and upgrades as required 5. In collaboration with the Director of Technology, coordinate and perform the installation of hardware and software in district classrooms, offices, and educational spaces 6. Effectively manage a schedule to be mobile, actively resolving HelpDesk issues throughout the district.
