Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Technology Support Rep II located at our headquarters, providing effective, live Level 1 support for In-Store Operators. You will diagnose and resolve routine software, hardware, and peripheral issues and ensure tickets are closed promptly.

Responsibilities include documenting issues, ongoing training as new technology is rolled out, and working on-site at the World Resource Center in Ann Arbor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Help Desk experience and remote support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective live Level 1 support for Domino’s In-Store Operators.
• Document issues thoroughly and troubleshoot steps.
• Training as new technology is implemented.
