Jobot Job is hosted by: Robert Donohue
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
We're a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) that believes technology should empower businesses—not slow them down. Our team partners with clients as trusted advisors, delivering proactive IT solutions that improve security, reliability, and long-term business success.
We're looking for a Technology Success Engineer who enjoys owning client relationships from a technical perspective. This isn't a ticket-closing help desk position. Instead, you'll become the dedicated technical owner for a portfolio of clients—analyzing environments, identifying risks, implementing improvements, and helping clients get the most out of their technology investments.
If you enjoy solving infrastructure challenges, working directly with customers, and making a measurable impact on their business, we'd love to talk with you.
As a Technology Success Engineer, you'll serve as the primary technical resource for a portfolio of managed services clients. Your mission is to proactively assess IT environments, optimize infrastructure, identify security risks, and ensure clients' technology remains secure, reliable, and aligned with best practices.
You will regularly visit client sites, perform technical assessments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, implement improvements, and work closely with project engineers, service desk technicians, and virtual CIOs to develop long-term technology roadmaps.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building client relationships, and taking ownership of complex IT environments.
