Job Details

As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you'll be the dedicated technical owner for a portfolio of clients — conducting infrastructure assessments, implementing solutions, and keeping systems reliable and secure. The role blends hands‑on technical work (networking, cloud services, systems management) with client relationship building, as you become a trusted advisor whose recommendations directly shape how these organizations operate.

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of IT support, network administration, or managed services experience, strong hands‑on skills with networking equipment and Microsoft environments, and excellent communication abilities. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to client sites is required. Bonus points for scripting knowledge, relevant certifications, or experience with service management platforms.
