Job summary

Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Manager in Technology Consulting (TST/TSO) to guide technology strategy and transformation engagements for clients.

You will lead interviews, craft strategic visions, and develop executive-level analyses and roadmaps with senior stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years of post-baccalaureate experience, strong IT management consulting expertise, and the ability to travel up to 60% (including international).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related experience.
• 2 years of business technology or management consulting experience.
• Must have 2 years of business experience with at least 2 of the following: Corporate strategy, M&A, finance, supply chain, HR, internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-enabled transformations and develop executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to create tech transformation roadmaps.
• Coach leaders and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage and mentor project teams and monitor progress.
