Grant Thornton is seeking a Technology Strategy Manager to provide advisory and implementation services for the Transformation Practice. You will help clients optimize technology environments, develop roadmaps, and lead large-scale IT transformation engagements with a focus on architecture and cost models.

The role requires a Bachelor's in technology/CS (MBA/MIS preferred), 5+ years in strategy consulting, strong writing/communication, and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA or MIS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of strategy consulting experience with technology engagements.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills.
• Experience assessing IT organizations for strategy alignment, cost structure and operating model.
• Experience with package selection, implementation planning and application architecture model development.
• Experience with strategic IT assessment and enterprise cloud assessments and roadmap development.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Hybrid work model requiring in-person attendance at least two days per week.

Responsabilités

• Perform advisory and implementation services addressing client business needs.
• Lead strategic assessments of client technology environments against maturity frameworks.
• Develop value-added recommendations and roadmaps to meet client needs.
• Oversee package selection, solution design, and implementation planning for large organizations.
• Coach and develop team members; communicate with senior audiences.
• Build business cases and financial models to support IT transformations.
• Identify new opportunities for GT on existing engagements.
• Contribute to service offerings and thought leadership.
