Job summary

Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in New York is seeking a Manager for Technology Consulting in Wealth & Asset Management to lead client engagements and deliver strategic technology solutions across front and back office platforms. You will guide architecture, data management, and governance while coaching diverse teams.

Travel is required about 70% (20% international). The role offers a hybrid model, a competitive base salary, and broad Total Rewards including medical, dental, pension and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of progressive work experience.
• Alternative: Master’s degree with 4+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in Banking, Capital Markets or Wealth and Asset Management.
• Experience in PMO, requirements, data analysis and SDLC/Agile.
• Domain experience in Wealth/Asset Management and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements within Wealth & Asset Management sector.
• Provide technology solutions to define strategy, enablement and architecture.
• Develop long-term client relationships and manage project risk.
• Direct teams, coach staff, and support business development opportunities.
• Ensure quality delivery across SDLC, release readiness and QA.
