CLA invites a seasoned Business Relationship Manager to join our Outsourcing practice. You will connect Outsourcing leadership with technology teams, shaping investments, capabilities, and partnerships that support client delivery and growth.

You will explore automation, digital enablement, and external partnerships to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience while aligning with CLA's long-term technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives.
• Knowledge of outsourcing, CAAS, client accounting or finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative relationships with Outsourcing leadership and key stakeholders.
• Translate Outsourcing service needs into technology initiatives aligned with CLA strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for automation and digital enablement in Outsourcing.
• Partner with business leaders to assess technology investments and partnerships.
• Represent Outsourcing priorities across technology teams and portfolios.
