Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Technology Strategist to partner with senior leaders and translate business needs into technology initiatives. You will drive automation, process improvements, and digital enablement within outsourcing, accounting, and finance contexts.

Join a cross-functional team to evaluate new platforms, manage external partnerships, and ensure technology initiatives align with CLA's strategy and client value. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic guidance.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of technology strategy and technology enablement within outsourcing, accounting, finance, or professional services.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology needs and communicating to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and translating them into practical opportunities.
• Experience collaborating across business, technology, security, architecture, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted, consultative relationships with outsourcing leadership and key stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic technology advisor to the Outsourcing practice, aligning business objectives with technology capabilities.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives aligned with CLA's technology strategy.
• Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, scalability, service delivery, and client experience.
• Represent the Outsourcing perspective throughout the technology initiative lifecycle, collaborating across teams and vendors.
