You will bridge Outsourcing leadership and technology teams, shaping investments and partnerships to support client services and internal efficiency.

The role emphasizes building consultative relationships, translating business needs into technology initiatives, and driving automation and digital platforms to enhance service

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technology enablement in a professional services environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into tech opportunities and initiatives.
• Experience with automation and digital platforms to improve delivery.
• Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders and leadership.
• Knowledge of accounting/finance processes and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted consultative relationships with Outsourcing leadership and key stakeholders.
• Translate Outsourcing needs into actionable technology initiatives aligned with CLA strategy.
• Serve as a strategic technology advisor to the Outsourcing practice, linking business objectives with capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify automation, digital enablement opportunities.
• Collaborate across Solutions, IT portfolio, security, enterprise architecture and operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate external partnerships for fit and value.
• Provide leadership with recommendations on external solutions and partnerships to expand capabilities.
