CLA is seeking a Business Relationship Manager focused on Outsourcing (CAAS, Consulting, Deal Services, Talent, Valuation/Risk). You will align technology investments with Outsourcing priorities and partner with leadership to deliver scalable solutions.

In this role, you’ll translate business needs into strategic tech initiatives, evaluate new platforms, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive efficiency, automation, and client value.

Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in technology supporting accounting, finance, outsourcing, or professional services.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to define tech needs and investments.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Outsourcing leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and automation opportunities for Outsourcing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align technology with Outsourcing priorities.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partners to deliver value.
• Represent Outsourcing perspective across the full technology lifecycle.
