CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, seeks a Business Relationship Manager focused on Outsourcing to bridge Outsourcing leadership and technology teams in Dallas. You will translate business needs into technology initiatives and partner across vendors, platforms, and digital platforms to improve client delivery.
In this role you’ll assess emerging technologies, drive automation opportunities, and ensure technology investments align with CLA's strategy and client priorities,
Formación
- Experience shaping technology strategy in outsourcing or professional services.
- Ability to translate business needs into technology initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and vendors.
Responsabilidades
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with Outsourcing leadership and key stakeholders.
- Translate Outsourcing needs into actionable technology initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and opportunities for automation.
- Partner with leaders to balance value, feasibility, and risk.
- Drive technology adoption across Solutions, IT, and security teams.
