Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a seasoned leader to drive Outsourcing technology strategy and partnerships. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable tech initiatives, and guide automation and digital enablement across CLA’s outsourcing services.

The role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, vendor management, and a strategic, outside-in perspective.

Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant experience required.
• Experience at the intersection of technology and accounting, finance, outsourcing, or professional services.
• Experience with technology supporting accounting and finance processes.
• Experience with outsourcing, CAAS, client accounting, or finance transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with outsourcing leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technology initiatives aligned with CLA strategy.
• Advise on automation, process improvement, and digital enablement.
• Represent outsourcing perspectives throughout the technology initiative lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and external partners.
• Provide leadership on external partnerships and technology trends.
