Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a seasoned technology leader to partner with Outsourcing leadership, translating complex business needs into actionable technology initiatives that drive efficiency and client value.

The role spans technology strategy, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration across Solutions, IT portfolio, infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture to deliver strategic outcomes for Outsourcing services.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience required.
• Experience at the intersection of technology and accounting, finance, outsourcing, or professional services.
• Experience with technology supporting accounting and finance processes.
• Experience supporting Outsourcing, CAAS, client accounting, finance transformation, or similar functions preferred.
• Experience partnering with business leadership to define technology needs, priorities, and investment opportunities.
• Experience with technology vendors, business applications, digital platforms, and/or technology transformation initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted, consultative relationships with outsourcing leadership and key business stakeholders.
• Serve as a strategic technology advisor to the Outsourcing practice, aligning business objectives with technology capabilities.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives aligned with CLA's technology strategy.
• Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, scalability, service delivery and client experience.
• Represent the Outsourcing perspective throughout the technology initiative lifecycle and collaborate across teams.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors supporting Outsourcing operations and evaluate capabilities and performance.
