Job summary

bluhold is seeking a Technology Specialist with focus on integrating and maintaining advanced tech solutions. The role includes troubleshooting, managing IT infrastructure, and enhancing cybersecurity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve system efficiency.

The ideal candidate has experience in IT operations, a passion for staying current with technology trends, and a track record of supporting organizational goals through innovative tech

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years work experience as Employee Assistance Professional.
• CA Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or, CA Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT or LMFT) or, A licensed psychologist in CA (PhD).
• Requires strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages, designs, and implements policies and procedures relating to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• Ensures inpatient and outpatient counseling and care facilities meet company standards.
• Provides training to management for dealing with medical and behavioral problems.
• Provides counseling to employees in the program.
• Typically reports to top management.
• Typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
• Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
