Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive information technology experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong technical foundation with progression into senior IT leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise IT operations across multiple technology disciplines.
• Oversight of applications, infrastructure, networking, security, development, data, and end-user support.
• Hands-on experience modernizing, upgrading, and integrating legacy systems.
• Experience assessing technical debt and developing modernization roadmaps.
• Understanding of enterprise systems integration and dependencies.
• Experience managing complex IT projects, budgets, and initiatives.
• Vendor, partner, and contract management across IT programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships with business and operations teams.
• Ability to execute 30/60/90-day priorities and long-term IT strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, applications, security, and end-user support.
• Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary IT organization.
• Partner with business units to understand challenges and deliver solutions.
• Oversee enterprise applications and legacy systems, Salesforce, Oracle, and core technologies.
• Assess the current tech landscape to identify debt, gaps, and bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute modernization, upgrades, replacements, and integrations while ensuring continuity.
• Establish a technology roadmap aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
• Drive 30/60/90-day priorities and longer-term IT strategy.
• Lead multiple technology projects with balanced priorities and resources.
• Manage IT budgets and prioritization based on business value and risk.
• Oversee vendor contracts and external partners.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Mentor and develop IT staff with clear priorities and expectations.
• Build trusted relationships with executives and stakeholders.
