We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team and help keep our technology environment running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This role provides hands‑on technical support to employees, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, maintains IT systems and networks, and supports technology initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide responsive, customer‑focused technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, system access, and other IT‑related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues submitted through helpdesk tickets, phone calls, or in‑person requests, minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, network equipment, and other IT peripherals in accordance with company standards.
- Deploy software updates, patches, and security fixes across desktops, servers, and other IT systems while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Support and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and cloud‑based network environments.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of key IT systems, including Active Directory, email systems, file servers, and backup solutions, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance.
- Provide user training and guidance on technology, IT best practices, cybersecurity awareness, and effective use of company systems.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, including procedures, system configurations, troubleshooting guides, knowledge‑base articles, and end‑user training materials.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, implementations, and technology rollouts.
- Work with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinate equipment repairs, and support the procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment across the organization.
