Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required for TSP I.
• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or related field is required for TSP II; advanced certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow defined OIT processes to document and resolve incidents or requests for service.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers about ticket status and final resolution.
• Maintain assets within work management system; create and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with other OIT units to resolve incidents or fulfil service requests.
