Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant service/low-voltage experience or leadership of service teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and customer requirements.
• Proven track record of driving profitability, scheduling, and billing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Coordinator/Admin and Service Technicians with clear direction, daily communication, and accountability.
• Own customer relationships, urgency in responses, and proactive status updates throughout service work.
• Oversee estimating, job setup, material coordination, scheduling, field execution, billing initiation, and closeout.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for service vehicles and ensure proper documentation for closes/hand-offs.
• Model NCS core values and drive continuous improvement in documentation and customer satisfaction.
