Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages a team of Service Technicians at a small branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support to clients.
• Leads quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce; obtains client approvals and advocates for maintenance contracts, replacements, and other service work.
• Works with the service coordinator on scheduling workforce for work orders; leads purchasing of equipment, materials, and subcontracts; schedules deliveries to optimize price and progress.
• Assists Technicians with technical problem solving and delivery of materials to expedite job completion; reviews open work orders and ensures notes are accurate before invoicing.
• Promotes safety culture, coaches staff, ensures training completion, and monitors safety compliance.
