Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or 5–7 years related experience.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Experience with field service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and collection routes to meet SLAs.
• Manage staff scheduling and workload to cover case load.
• Review, analyze, and create reports to monitor performance.
• Ensure staff complete safety trainings and comply with policies.
• Provide customer support and strengthen client relationships.
• Oversee asset inventory and billing for parts.
