Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Team Lead, Network Field Cabling Installation to guide a team of installation engineers in building and maintaining robust cabling infrastructure across data centers and facilities.

This on-site role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and the ability to plan, execute, and report on cabling projects to meet IT objectives. Experience in copper and fiber, BICSI RCDD or CCNA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• BICSI RCDD or Cisco CCNA preferred.
• Experience leading field cabling installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of network cabling installation engineers.
• Oversees planning, execution, and completion of cabling projects.
• Collaborates with project managers and engineers to ensure project success.
• Ensures safety, standards, and compliance in cabling installations.
• Maintains documentation and reports to senior management.
