Qualifications

• Typically has 5–8 years of overall IT experience, including 2–4 years in a consulting capacity.
• BS/BA in CS/EE or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco security and networking platforms and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium projects or workstreams independently as SME across multiple skills.
• Own LOE estimation and build WBS with clear assumptions and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure SOW-aligned delivery, manage change requests, and maintain quality.
• Drive client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate changes with PM/Account team.
• Support security and networking solution deployment and integration across client environments.
