Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of incident management experience across hardware, software and networks.
• 3+ years of elicitation, translation, and documentation of business requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to explain technical topics to non‑tech audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with shifting priorities.
• Customer‑focused, proactive problem solving and service mindset.
• Up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with advisor practices and business partners; own needs end‑to‑end and deliver high‑touch service.
• Promote technology adoption; develop playbooks and documentation to support implementations.
• Analyze tech trends and recurring issues to propose scalable improvements.
• Provide end‑to‑end oversight of technology incidents; coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
