Responsibilities

• Relationship management with premier advisor practices and key business partners; end-to-end ownership of needs and issues.
• Champion initiatives to increase advisor productivity and adoption of Ameriprise technology.
• Develop operational playbooks and documentation; support technology implementations.
• Analyze technology trends and recurring issues to identify improvements and scalable solutions.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of critical technology incidents and coordinate resolution.
• Ensure compliance with incident management processes and regulatory requirements.
