Qualifications

• 5–10 years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with quick turnarounds.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical legal guidance.
• Strong judgment and collaborative mindset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise agreements including routine sales activities and non-standard IT and vendor contracts.
• Advise cross-functional teams on IT, security, and digital product contracting.
• Develop playbooks and templates for consistent legal review across IT and technology agreements.
• Assist in data processing agreement reviews.
• Coordinate contract negotiations and obtain internal approvals.
• Support process improvements and maintain orderly file management.
