Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one US State or DC.
• Meets local license requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise routine and non-standard IT/vendor agreements.
• Advise on IT vendor contracts and digital product contracting.
• Develop playbooks and templates for IT, security review.
• Coordinate cross-department contract negotiations.
• Manage file maintenance and records retention.
