Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) within Ethics, Compliance, and Risk Management. The role focuses on developing and monitoring technology risk programs, and aligning with global security and policy standards.

You will lead strategic initiatives, engage with stakeholders, and mentor a junior team while staying current on AI-related regulations and risk controls. EY offers hybrid work and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years related experience.
• Relevant Professional Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, Security+ or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of technology risk program initiatives.
• Manage and mentor junior team members within the TRM function.
• Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and Information Security to design risk controls and policies.
• Create reports for senior stakeholders and maintain knowledge of AI laws and standards.
