EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead strategic and operational program initiatives. You will assess technology risk, drive governance, and collaborate across EY Global teams to implement policy and risk controls, including AI-related considerations.

A hybrid, client-facing role with broad responsibilities awaits. You will mentor junior staff, oversee complex risk programs, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders while navigating evolving

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of TRM program initiatives.
• Conduct technology risk assessments across the Americas technology environment.
• Support risk mitigation across third-party management, governance, policy, and security.
• Collaborate with EY Global teams to design and implement risk policies and processes.
• Create reports on program activities for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay current with developments in AI laws, regulations, and standards.
