MSA Safety seeks a Technology Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives from planning through implementation and realization of value. The role drives cross-functional collaboration, aligns business and technology stakeholders, and ensures end-to-end delivery with strong governance and risk management.

The successful candidate will manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources while resolving obstacles, communicating with executives, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, ABET is a plus.
• Level I: 5–7 years of PM/IT/engineering experience.
• Level II: 7+ years of PM/IT/engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects from discovery through deployment delivering business value.
• Strong leadership, strategic acumen, and ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technology initiatives, delivering against business objectives.
• Build alignment across technology, business, architecture, leadership and external partners.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, milestones, deliverables and accountabilities.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and delivery performance.
• Proactively identify obstacles and escalate critical decisions and risks as needed.
• Maintain governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication and decision management.
• Advance project management practices by strengthening processes and tools.
