Job summary

Proven IT is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives and customer engagements. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery with focus on governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.

The role requires strong communication with executive-level stakeholders, adaptability to Agile/Waterfall approaches, and a proven ability to balance scope, schedule, and budgets while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years independently leading projects in a business or technical environment.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership including scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project type.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (scopes, plans, change requests, closing reports).
• Coordinate resources to meet requirements and ensure deadlines and quality.
• Engage stakeholders with regular updates and risk/issue management.
